Classical Pilates NYC offers classical Pilates training taught by teacher educator Enja Schenck M.S. in Chelsea, Manhattan. We specialize in Pilates for post rehabilitation, muscular-skeletal conditions, 45+ women and older adults. We are equally enthusiastic and experienced in training menopausal women and persons with muscular-skeletal conditions, such as low back pain. As a classical teacher-of-teachers, Enja also offers Pilates education and guidance for newer teachers.
